These Basic Tests Must Be Done Prior To Creating A Custom, Bio-Identical Hormone & Nutritional Program For Recovering Your Vitality and Longevity. Here Is The Program In A Nutshell Including Fees and Steps Required In Order To Achieve A Successful Outcome:

1. Your Hormone Testing:

Both a salivary test kit and blood draw orders will be sent to you prior to our initial consultation. These test results will provide your doctor with baseline health information about your body’s hormonal imbalances. The initial costs, which include both blood and salivary testing, are $495.00 for women and $595.00 for men. Additional tests will be recommended and are available if you have specific concerns that you would like addressed by your physician.

Additional testing and services offered:

a. Growth Hormone Testing: SPECIAL! For a limited time only we are including this test for you at NO additional costs with your purchase of the general hormone testing panel above. This offer is made available only while our lab partners continue to offer their special promotional packages. The offer may be withdrawn at any time.

Your Growth Hormone serum levels reveal any deficiencies that you may have. If replacement is desired, there will be some additional benefits for you with the use of Bioidentical Growth Hormone, including decreased total body fat, increased muscle mass, energy levels, skin hydration and elasticity, the smoothing out of wrinkles, improved tissue healing and faster illness recovery time. This test usually runs an additional $114.00 (making this an incredible savings), and does not include the cost of hormone replacement therapy for this condition.

b. The ALCAT Food Sensitivity Testing: This test identifies your food, additive, mold and environmental chemical sensitivities which often lead to inflammatory reactions. Inflammation is the common pathway for many of the generalized conditons people suffer with chronically, including debilitating headaches, weight gain, IBS, acne, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Your doctor will be able to discuss an individualized nutrition plan designed specifically for you based around these test results. Typically these tests can run you between $730.00 to $995.00.

c. NeuroScience Testing: Thes tests measure your level of brain chemicals, also known as neurotransmitters. By checking these levels we can be more effective at helping you manage your symptoms of depression, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, hormonally influenced issues and many other stress related issues. With this information, we can develop a program to correct all of the hormonal, nutrition and chemical deficiencies found within your nervous system. These tests run anywhere between $299.00 to $499.00 depending on several factors that may require investigating to fit your needs.

d. Spectracell Testing for Nutritional Deficiencies (FIA): This test is an excellent diagnostic tool in our toolbox for the prevention and management of all nutrient based deficiencies. Nutrient deficiencies have been shown to suppress immune function, contribute to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis and even AlzheimerÕs. The test will cost $495.00.

e. Spectracell Testing for Cardiovascular Risk Profiling (LPP): Unlike other traditional cholesterol tests this very advanced test measures both your particle size and the number of several other classes of lipoprotein particles. This test gives us a more accurate assessment of your overall cardiovascular risk. It is the ideal test used to determine the best treatment strategy for your particular needs, never a one size fits all approach to any medical condition. We believe that everyone is different in their chemical composition and health requirements. We recommend this test highly to anyone that is already dealing with heart or vascular issues, that had known cholesterol elevations or family history of heart disease and high cholesterol levels. This test costs an additional $250.00.

2. Your Initial Consultation:

After appropriate baseline tests are completed, you will be scheduled for a 1 to 2 hour consultation with your doctor. This prolonged visit allows us enough time to uncover your individual risks and needs so that we may design a successful program tailored to your requirements. Your doctor will review the medical history, the current laboratory results, will evaluate your physical and emotional symptoms, will run a CogeHalth* mental health status examination to assess your decision making, problem solving, psychomotor function, learning and memory abilities. This test helps further address all of your preventive health concerns. During this extended appointment you and your doctor will be discussing all of the recommendations set out for you. The cost of this initial consultation is now just $495.00, temporarily reduced from our usual charges of $695.00.

*The CogHealth test uses playing cards to test the patient, and is designed to be reliable over repeated testing in the same individual. The responses are recorded to give a measure of speed using reaction times, and also to measure accuracy. CogHealth is not designed to determine impairment after a single test, but facilitates an assessment of whether change has occurred over time. The test is based on established scientific principles. Evidence validating the CogHealth test is contained in more than 20 publications, and in international scientific journals. Importantly, CogHealth is objective and cannot be faked unlike self rated symptom inventories and some other neuropsychological tests.

3. Your Action Plan:

Based upon the intensive review of this enormous amount of medical information gathered during the course of testing and evaluation, your doctor will customize a plan of immediate action including nutrition, fitness, and if needed bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with future lab assessment to reevaluate the outcome of all therapies recommended.

Your doctor may choose to recommend compounded prescriptions for you at this time. Most prescriptions like Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone will average $30.00 each per month, per hormone. The compounded prescription costs will be determined by your unique treatment plan. Your doctor may also choose to recommend nutritional products to support your treatments.

The Youthful Aging Center offers only the highest pharmaceutical-grade supplements provided through the doctor’s prescription. Should you choose to acquire these nutritional products at discount centers or other over the counter locations we do not tell you otherwise; however, we can not guarantee the quality of those less authoritative centers. In addition, the Youthful Aging Center can offer you a simple and convenient way to receive all of your prescriptions and nutraceuticals automatically each and every month using auto order programs provided by our high quality distributors and business partners.

After the initial consultation, your first follow-up visit will be between one to three months from the initial visit date. Subsequent follow-up visits are typically scheduled for 2-3 times per year. Al of our phone consults can be made available to you; however, they are on an as needed basis, and are also billable. Follow up visits are generally 30 to 45 minutes in duration and cost $275.00. Follow up lab testing may be required by your doctor prior to your next follow up visit. These test vary and are as determined by you and your doctor, but generally these tests cost on average approximately $250.00 and will be designed around your specific customized program’s requirements.

Other Important Information.. Insurance Billing:

During the Opening Celebrations of our new Youthful Aging Center we will be happy to attempt billing your insurance company directly as a courtesy to you. However, we can not guarantee that the services will be paid or even covered. Your insurance company may elect to pay some, all or none of the bill submitted, but ultimately you will be responsible for all copays, deductibles and denied services. If you choose to submit these claims yourself, then we will be happy to provide you with an itemized invoice so that you may submit the claim to your insurance directly and make complete payments to our office for all of your testing and consultations. We retain the rights to refuse any insurance company that through prior experience has been unwilling to meet their responsibilities of proper reimbursement to our office for these highly specialized visits.

TIP:

When you are looking at your insurance coverage, always look for your out of network specialist coverage as this is most likely how your Youthful Aging Center doctor will be categorized for such services.

NOTE:

Medicare patients will not be able to submit claims to Medicare because the Youthful Aging Center is currently not a Medicare provider, and these services are poorly reimbursed by Medicare in our experience.
